They can take care of all your needs from personal training, small group classes, and even meal planning. If you don't have time, or you don't live in the area Mike can even hook you up with online training so you can do your workouts on your own.

Being a single mom I didn’t have the time for me. So, when my daughter was old enough I decided that I had time. So I joined OAF. I am diabetic. I wanted to get my body back in shape and wanted to help control my diabetes. I haven’t been more proud of my body and my health. Mike motivates me not just at workouts but in life in general. I am stronger and feel like I can keep up with my teenage daughter. Who, by the way, also went to OAF after a sports injury. Mike was a factor in nursing her back to good health. During classes he recognizes my limitations and offers subtle tweaks to routines so that I can get full benefit of the workout. Online coaching has been made super simple by Mike at Over Achieve Fitness. I used to be a die hard boot camper but wanted something a little different to build some muscle. When the doors opened back up in September I talked to Mike about an online program to do on my own. There are many options on how much you want Mike or the other trainers involved. I needed flexibility in the schedule and some accountability. A majority of my workouts happened at OAF with open gym on my own.
