My name is Mike Over and over the last 12 years I’ve been helping men & women feel incredible, strong and sexy in their own skin again, gain confidence which will transfer into their work and other relationships, be a role model for their kids, and be able to get results that last, while doing it all without endless hours in the gym. I suffered silently for many years as a young adult (18-24) with self-image issues and anxiety. This is when I knew my life had to change and I had to take matters into my own hands. A tragic road bike accident rerouted me from an Engineering future to open Over Achieve Fitness, where I began transforming lives. Since then I have invested $500,000+ into my education and thousands of hours to teach and coach individuals about healthy, sustainable nutrition and training habits.
